Former head of Department of Art Kate Wagle takes on Portland program Kate Wagle, head of the Department of Art since 1999, is now the administrative director of the recently expanded Portland programs of the School of Architecture and Allied Arts. She began on July 1 and reports to Dean Frances Bronet.
